We will identify human resources, equipment, materials and technology requirements for project or program execution

We identify the availability of key resources within your organisation or from the external market and develop acquisition plans

We evaluate the cost of critical resource provision and incorporate this into the business case evaluation prior to project approval

We ensure that the resource provision from our broad network meets the required quality standards for project implementation

A resource plan will be developed and approved with our clients as part of the project mobilisation stage of the project
