Business Case Development
- An effective business case is rarely developed and often focuses on a specific solution not why the recommended approach makes most sense, considering strategic alignment and alternative investment options available
- The business case will include a statement of the challenge, a detailed option analysis, benefits realisation plan, resource requirements, ball-park costs, a project risk analysis, including proposed mitigation plans, a conclusion and recommendation.
- In addition to the formal business case document, a presentation will be prepared to allow the project sponsor to present the business case to key internal or external stakeholders.
- Depending on the size of the project this deliverable could take between 4-12 weeks and we will provide all documentation to facilitate review and approval by the appropriate customer stakeholders.
